Choosing a Therapist
We understand that choosing a therapist can be an overwhelming task. We’ve tried to help you through this by giving you an overview of our services. As you browse the counseling focus areas, you will find a brief explanation as well as the clinicians who work with individuals in those areas.
You can also go straight to our Counselors page and find information about each member of our team. There you can learn about the focus areas they serve, their experience and their certifications. Browse through the list and note a few providers that are a good fit for your situation.
If you prefer, you may certainly call our office, and our administrative staff will be available to help you with the selection of a provider.
Medical Insurance Coverage
It will be important for you to take time to contact the plan administrator of your insurance carrier, to review your insurance coverage benefits. Call the 800 number on the back of your insurance card to identify the mental health benefits and limitations available to your specific policy.

Please keep in mind, however, that your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. Not all services are a covered benefit in all contracts. While the filing of insurance claims is a courtesy that we extend to our patients, all charges are your responsibility from the date the services are rendered.

Plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Don’t forget to bring:
Check in with the front desk. Our administrative staff will make a photocopy of your insurance card and review your information.
A reminder that payment will be due at time of service. We accept cash, check, or credit card as forms of payment for services and insurance co-pays.
