I have been a clinical member of Counseling for Growth & Change, LC, since 1996. I have over 30 years of mental health experience and 23 years of post graduate degree experience in mental health. I utilize some aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, exposure therapy, and systems theory during sessions for a solution oriented approach. I have also been trained in play therapy with children, intra family sexual abuse treatment and adolescent sexual offender treatment. Effective assessment and treatment services of children with ADD and ADHD, depression and anxiety
Substance abuse prevention and treatment of codependency issues within relationships
Resolution of grief attributable to loss for adults related to a decline in physical and emotional health, death, divorce, and relational separation
