Courtney is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and enjoys seeing individuals including children (10+), teens and adults. Courtney received her Master of Science degree from Drake University. Additionally, she holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Courtney has special interest working with PTSD/trauma, women’s issues, anxiety disorders, medical stressors and insomnia. Her approach is empirically based and trauma informed. She is trained in EMDR.
